PBS Guam Read-A-Thon

PBS Guam Read-A-Thon

The PBS Guam Read-A-Thon is an annual fundraising event that promotes literacy and a love for reading among children on the island. During the Read-A-Thon, kids are encouraged to read as many books as possible, with each book read earning pledges from sponsors.

The money raised from the Read-A-Thon goes directly back into supporting PBS Guam's free educational programs for children, including the PBS Kids Club. These programs aim to make a positive impact on the community by providing high-quality, age-appropriate content that inspires learning, creativity, and personal growth.

Through the Read-A-Thon, PBS Guam not only raises funds to sustain its mission but also fosters a love for reading and learning in the next generation of Guam's youth.
